For over 15 years John O’Sullivan has provided New York City businesses with on-site, corporate photo shoots, headshots, executive portraits and corporate event photography.

The Photo Shoot Process

The most efficient way to shoot you and your team is to visit your office for an on-site photo-shoot using a portable studio. Almost any conference room, large office or even a hallway can be converted into a temporary studio.

You might get shot a lot! The objective is to get the perfect shot not just get to the next subject. Believe it or not, most people actually like the experience… others love it. Don’t worry about being shy.

After the shoot, the work is only 50% complete. Each image is adjusted for the correct color, contrast and desired aspect. Whether the shoot is for the cover of Vogue, an annual report or just a simple LinkedIn profile photo, different levels of retouching are available.

Once delivered, your high-resolution, raw files are archived for safekeeping for up to 5 years on multiple drives stored in two different locations. If you lose your images they can easily be replaced.

Not only should your headshot bring out your individual personality but the entire shoot should help represent the personality of your company.

EVENT COVERAGE

While shooting from the bow of powerboat or shooting at charity event, I typically maintain an unobtrusive, candid style of shooting. However, when the situation calls I have been known to over on-site, impromptu portraits, and or engage with people a little more to add a little life to the shoot.
